Hi ! Which frequencies are used here ? ☺️🙏🏼

Hi... I don't remember for sure, but I think the tuning fork is 174 hz. I know I used an A3 crystal bowl which is a lower tone 3rd eye bowl... and I probably also did the A4 bowl (an octave higher) for the 3rd eye. I think I had my C note bowl for the root chakra... possibly heart chakra bowl which is an F note... and maybe my E note bowl for the solar plex chakra? Then I believe the tibetan bowl was also a heart bowl. I haven't watched this in awhile... but those are the ones I remember off the top of my head. Does that help?
