What is the bass model that's in the intro? (the red one). It looks like a VM but doesn't have the split-coil neck pickup like the VMs that I've seen in the Configurator. It reminds me of an Ida Nielsen model without the pick guard but has a single coil in the neck position. But these pickups in the red model aren't the Black label T pick ups.

Lekker! Will Sandberg ever give option for a wider neck? 41mm nut would be perfect for this. The thin neck is the only thing holding me back from buying a Sandberg.

@@Heivang basic is also 39,5. I like wide necks too, and only gone wider over the years. 45 mm is somewhat if the sweet spot for me, so a lot of fivers feel good to me

30 inch scale? It looks like a Stingrayish short scale, at least in your hands. It sounds really nice.

No it's a 34 inch scale. If you're looking for short scale, check the Lionel model. But I think it's only available in VS mode ( with a Pbass pick up).

This is about a thousand dollars cheaper than a Stingray, plus you can get it in fretless. I'm glad EBMM has some authentic competition, their prices have gone up while their options have gone down.
