one of my all time fav song from soundgarden, the sense of falling into utter despair its overwhelming. This record was ( its) simply brutal. post Louder Than Love were good but this is The Album.

you can try to prevent death by watching for vipers and poison snakes, but then a damned spider can still get you and those are much harder to see. You can live in fear if you choose, but there is too much too fear for that to do you any good.

💋an orange hot pepper splash or beer to put the fire out 2x once more with the pepper then acetone makes all of the venom n the eye freak out and crawl backwards right out of the bite immediately and in seconds gross comes out looking more like cooked bacon than poison or infection. I wish there would’ve been a video for this song. It would’ve been dark as fuck. I love this song, especially in a depressive bout, which isn’t necessarily a good thing. But it sure feels good in the moment.
