I remember when I was in grade school (Seattle, in the early 1970s) hearing this sound twice a month... you could set your watch to it. I was told by my folks and the teachers that if I heard this any other time to get to the shelter ASAP

He made an earlier video about sounding train horns to piss them off because they 'contacted' him to stop sounding the horns. Which basically means they sent somebody to complain to him and threatened to fine him or something. So I asked him what the HOA said about this one. Which comes after.
