My plan for my ride is to get rid of the deck, go with a 4 channel class A/B for powering the two speakers and sub, using it's internal crossover to set the speakers and sub in a 2.1 config, and use a preamp with a hifi portable player. Might even consider doing a pair of large point source drivers or two ways, soft dome tweets. But that's further down the road when I get a new vehicle. Btw great system, coming along nicely!
