If you’re not able to add mass to the wall I’d suggest installing a bottom door sweep and weatherstripping around the door jamb. Also add a putty pad behind the electrical outlet faceplate like in this video. Adding a few acoustic foam panels won’t do much for stopping the sound from coming out of the room. You will need to install heavy drapes from floor to ceiling to soak up all your noise. The same types of drapes they use in movie studios. Best of luck!
