Satisfying sounds from the watercolor painting process in my studio. In this video I take you though a painting, but focused on the sounds of creation. In a nutshell, ASMR is a sound or sounds that evoke a visceral reaction in some people who find it relaxing or interesting. I've found that so many of the sounds in my studio have ASMR qualities to them, and create a fun sensory experience as I paint.
What I love most about focusing on the sounds in my studio is how the audio of creation brings me into the present moment. No matter what you are creating, it is worth giving your craft a listen to.
