Hey, I just wanted to say that you've done a great job, especially on the track from Warcraft 1. I've always thought Warcraft 3 reforged would be a refresh on the old warcraft games and after redoing wc3 they would make expansions or DLC featuring reimagined campaigns from wc1 and 2 ... and this music. I was wrong, but I'm glad that at least I've found your work.

The human 2 track from WC1 is the best in my opinion. You really got it out, this feeling of dangerof an ambush from the demonic orcs in the first minutes, and than the fighting back of the mighty humans of stormwind. great job man! i love it! :)

It has been played be orchestras before kzbin.info/www/bejne/ooXZqqN3ZbqqZ8k Just not professional ones unfortunately. A reason could be that the score needs to be reworked since the war2 soundtrack contains parts which can not be played by real instruments (since it was never intended to be played by real instruments in the first place)

@@BaDitO2 Ah yes, you're right. I've stumbled over this one before, but the quality is barely passable. I wish it would be recorded properly by a professional orchestra, like VGL that I mentioned. And then I want to see them live. Then I can die happy. In the mean time, I'll settle for your excellent renditions :)

Expansion won't be happening anytime soon, since blizzard never released the MIDI files for those. From the Tides of Darkness Soundtrack by now everything is done (but not everything uploaded yet since I could feel I could improve some of them) exept the intro music and human4 soundtrack. Overall I really take my time with those remasters^^ I worked for example on some of those remasters in this video since 2012

@@BaDitO2 Well that is good. You should take it seriously :) Would be nice to hear it however. What I would not mind hearing however is a stripped down version of some of the tracks. Remixes or remasters all seems to add stuff on, which is not always the best choice. Just a thought.

I hear a great number of Turkish motives used in most of the Human themes. Was that just a coincidence, or in purpose? Either way, a great choice! Excellent remaster! Thank you for the nostalgia. If you accept requests, it would be just amazing to hear your remastered version of WC1, Humans 3 theme! My favorite!

the 5 & 6 tracks of each faction have no MIDI file available. so you would completly remake them from scratch and that's extremly difficult work

How did you go about remastering? Is this just using a soundfont or how?

In some cases I changed nothing but the sound font, but in other cases I tweaked volumes, changed instruments, added new stuff (like drums, choir etc..)
