Raumpatrouille | Soundtrack Suite (Peter Thomas)

Einer der besten Soundtracks der Deutschen Filmgeschichte, der auch internationale Vergleiche nicht scheuen muß, ähnlich wie Jerry Goldsmith "Star Trek" Titelmusik. Nur finde ich die Titelmelodie von RAUMPATROUILLE viel "rockiger". Sie ist mir seinerzeit bei der Erstausstrahlung 1966 direkt ins Herz und in meine Seele gegangen und ich höre sie heute, 52 Jahre später noch genauso gern. Diese Melodie hat einfach was, nennt es das "gewisse Etwas" ! - Übrigens, die 7 Folgen dazu sind genauso abgefahrene "MEISTERWERKE" der Deutschen Filmgeschichte. Eine Deutsche Science Fiction Serie, 1966, kaum zu glauben, ne. Wenn ich mir die Schnarchtablettenfilme heutzutage so anschaue, he he, lieber nicht mehr. - Danke für`s Hochladen und Danke an youtube für die Möglichkeiten. -

Jo. Man kann wirklich sagen: Es kommt echt nix Besseres nach. Ich kenne auch die Raumpatrouille aus meinen Kindertagen (Jahrgang 1966) und ich werde sie vermutlich auch im Jenseits irgendwann sehen und hören... ;)!

Funniest ...the Space Dance... We watched Orion back and forth, knew the dialogues, it was absolute highlight, were not allowed to watch more than 1 hour a day TV max. Foto of Orion hanging in a frame in the staircase 🛸

This great Moviesoundtrack and the series are outstanding moments, not to say MASTERPIECES of German television history ! - I grew up with RAUMPATROUILLE and ENTERPRISE. These movies have nothing lost of their fascination to this day ! - Now i`m 61 and i hear the Titletrack and the Motion Picture Soundtrack of RAUMPATROUILLE just as much like JUDAS PRIEST.

Unforgettable - and if you listen carefully you will find that this is also phenomenal in terms of recording and mixing techniques. Not bad for mid 60s.

Sorry wenn ich dieses Video erst 6 Jahre später kommentiere. ^_^ Die ganze Serie ist und war einfach nur toll. ^_^ Alleine schon der Unterwasserstart der Orion. ^_^ Die Idee der Wohnungen auf dem Meeersboden. ^_^ Frauen in Führungspositionen in denen sie auch zeigen können das ihren Beruf draufhaben. ^_^ Der Tanz der erst später Galyxo genannt wurde. ^_^ Sogar die Robotgesetze von Asimov sind in einer Folge Thema. ^_^ Es ist nur schade das die geplante zweite Staffel nie realisiert wurde. ^_^ Könntest du dir vorstellen noch weitere Musiken älterer deutscher Serien, egal ob Adventsvierteiler oder klassische Serie, hochzuladen ? ^_^ Bis denne. Das mit der Musik älterer deutscher Filme soll an mir nicht scheitern. Leider ist nur wenig veröffentlicht, was sich lohnt zu einem Musikvideo zu formen. Ich werde sehen was sich tun lässt! :-)

Where was it promised that the music would be "mellow or relaxing"? Judge the music for what it is, not what you wanted it to be. Besides, there is mellow and relaxing music on this soundtrack, just not all of it. Like any good soundtrack, it should have variety. There should be music for both calm moments and suspenseful or exciting moments.
