I just made these last week and THEY ARE HANDS DOWN THE BEST EGGROLL I HAVE EVER EATEN. I'm no lying. I ground my own pork, used store bought wrappers; and I ended up with 25 of these little beauties! I make her sesame and general Tso's chicken too- they are amazing as she says they are! This video is starkly different than her newer ones... still in her apartment with old pots and pans, but don't let that fool you! She shows that you don't need fancy pots and pans to make this amazing food! Try it!

You made the eggroll sheets beautifully!! Who doesn't love egg rolls and egg rolls are power packed with healthy ingredients. They're so versatile. When reheating food, place a grill over a pot of boiling water. The food, frozen or cold, can be put in an aluminum pie pan or a sheet of tin foil, atop the grill over the boiling water. This method is great for food that has already been fried, or any cold leftovers! And if people find it difficult to shred the cabbage/veges, shredded cabbage can be found prepackaged in the produce dept. ALways thanking you for your great video presentations and for including the ingredients and measurements in both your video and description 👍 Two hours fly right by when watching your videos and reading your recipes 😅 - - time well spent 😍❣👍

I made this recipe as described yesterday. Family loved it and downed all of it in one sitting. I, on the other hand, was surprised by the subtle taste, which I think doesn't stand up to frying. So I'm making it again today, adding 2 teaspoons each of ginger and garlic, and 2 dried, re-hydrated Shiitake mushrooms to the filling. The yield is fantastic for so little meat and shrimp. This is a keeper. Thank you for your very detailed, very informative cooking videos, and demystifying Chinese cooking.
