My dough was VERY sticky compared to yours! I'm in my pre shape right now but wonder if it's too humid in my house or something... looks beautiful! Will see if mine turns out 🤞🏻

Yes, one is ready within 4-5 hours (same day bake) and another is overnight ratio (prepare overnight n use next morning)

Hi, yes you may. However do take note that slow fermentation can affect the taste of final result. The longer it ferments, the more acidic it is.
