Ramadan pide is much more delicious when made with sourdough starter!
Ingredients for the dough:
1 cup of levain (see the link below)
4 cups of flour
1.5 cups of warm water
1 Tsp of salt
Rest time depends on the room temperature. In this recipe, I turned on the oven for 40 seconds and turned off; then put the dough in it. This made my dough to rise faster.
