Thank you Dr. Bincy for making this video. I made these Bazlama this week and my family LOVED them. My only issue was the first one I rolled out a bit too thick and it took a long time to cook. The other ones I did just right and they were perfect! Next time I will add just a little bit more salt, but they were absolutely delicious and light and fluffy!

You can use flour with a protein percent of 10 or more
