Its clear that the Western Cape is doing better than the other provinces in terms of municipalities, crime management, schooling and other humanitarian needs. I think you've got it backwards bud. Last i checked it was the british cape colony that annexed the two boer republics and invented the union of South africa after the second boer war. It would make more sense for the former transvaal and orange free state to declare independence as much like Scotland, Quebec and Texas they were the ones forced into the union. @@FamilyManyovi my dad was born in the 50's on a poor farm in the middle of nowhere, went to a local school where a ww2 vet shot out his head with a shotgun on a Sunday on his front lawn right across the church (community was so small they had to use the church as a school on the weekdays), in the late 70's and 80's he was drafted and in the late 80's and early 90's he was working and was asked by company management to take time of since he was working overtime like everyone else daily to bearly make ends meet each month.
