South Africa's Minister of Finance: Investment in Africa cannot undermine sovereignty

Enoch Godongwana, Minister of Finance of South Africa, sits down with Rama Yade, Senior Director of the Atlantic Council's Africa Center, to discuss South Africa's economic growth and the role of foreign investment.
“We welcome any investment on the African continent on one condition, that that investment is not going to undermine the sovereignty of our countries," he said.
