All foreign-owned spaza shops (convenient stores) are illegal, registered or unregistered. Small business enterprises like that are only reserved for the locals according to the constitution. The people who register these shops should also be arrested because they are corrupt officials. Furthermore all foreign-owned businesses need a minimum of $250k (~R5million) start up capital to be considered at investment and get registered according to the constitution. Anything below is just hustling, likely not gonna employ locals and going to be in direct competition with locally owned small to medium business enterprises. South Africans don't have to vote for the EFF because Malema said he is not desperate for votes, he said they can keep their votes if they want him to turn his back on foreigners, let him step down and the EFF give people a leader that needs South African votes.
