devinZA I don’t get this logic. Japan beat Ireland and Scotland. It was no fluke. Ireland was deservedly behind Japan in the pool group. SA had the harder group than NZ going into that quarter final. England played Australia who were not up to par the entire World Cup or season really. Wales had beaten England...not once this year but twice! Twice! Do you realize that isn’t luck? That’s a better team. If Wales played England I’m sure Wales would have won again. They were the northern hemisphere champions! Does that not hit you? SA had a hard route and they won. They lost to New Zealand but learnt the lesson. Remember they not only the first team to lose a pool match and win the whole thing...they the first team to win the championship and win the World Cup. They lost one game the entire year. New Zealand two and England three. Wales lost twice. Think about it before posting garbage.

Yes, they were! Did you see the two semi-finals between England vs NZ and S.A. vs Wales? England totally smashed the All Blacks whereas in the other semi-final it could've gone either way. But it is kinda weird that each time they won their was 12 years between each World Cup win, 1995-2007 (12 years) and 2007-2019 (12 years) so next World Cup win would be 2031 if it keeps following the pattern of 12 years but hopefully we can win it again in 2023.
