The woman dancing is a representation of the forest deity "Bonobibi"... "Bon" means forest, and "Bibi" means woman... Bonobibi is the goddess of the Sundarbans Forest... It is believed by some that She protects forest dwellers from Dakshin Rai the shape shifting villain that often takes the shape of a tiger... The fable of the boy who cried wolf is a popular folklore that kinda goes like this: A shepard boy used to scream as if a tiger/wolf has attacked him and the villagers would come to save him but would find that he was just joking... He used to do that prank pretty often and after sometimes people stopped paying attention to him... Then one day a real tiger/wolf attacked him, he cried out for help but no one came... The birds' beak and the straw song refers to the sounds certain Bangladeshi birds make while weaving their nests... The lyricist found music/song in that as well...
