This is a beautiful home and it appears the developers beautifully executed many features. However, the en-suite bathroom on the garden level is odd. It has a separate entrance from the outside into the bathroom which is connected to the bedroom - 4:53. It's strange to walk into a home via a bathroom - what if someone from the bedroom is using it? Is the fridge/freezer not in yet? Wondered why not add more cabinets to that wall in the kitchen... then realized there's no fridge.

The intention is for it be used as a guest area or nanny space - as such only one person would be accessing it, in theory, almost like their own flat within the house

Considering the fireplaces are original why isn’t there gas flamed fires, plus the lower garden level you say there is underfloor heating, what form of heating because if it’s electric very high energy bills etc….. perhaps more detail in your presentation would not go a miss…. In saying all that, lovely home.

Terrible review, too much silly editing and music. Just do a walk trough from start to finish so we know the lay out. Didn't really show much of the house let alone the back garden or terrace. For a man who refers to himself as "The UK'S No.1 realtor" SuperPrime, Coolest Agent, London's best negotiator, Superstar..... i think your pushing it mate.
