@@carolaguilera6911 as an insurance agent, during the pandemic, a lot of insurance lapsed bc of obvious reasons but if the underwriters find that the fire could’ve been prevented in ANY way or it looks like arson, they will deny you. Also, insurance never really covers the value of all of your personal property. Especially if you can’t provide receipts because you paid in cash or had things for years.
