South Mountain Community College - Campus Information & Way-Finding AR Experience

CM&D partnered with Maricopa Community College and the local chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society to design and develop an interactive AR mobile application designed to act as a ‘guide’ for new students on campus. The final application includes classroom wayfinding and campus navigation, an interactive 3D augmented reality school mascot, integrations with the Canvas LMS, student resource pages, and a COVID-19 information portal as well as an integrated survey tool that allows college admins to gain real-time insight from students through a custom web-portal tool.
