South Park 1-800 COLLECT (RARE PROMO 1998)

I don't know if I should call this LOST MEDIA, but I remember finding a screenshot of this and contacting the guy who posted it to know more about it. Here never answered. But than‪@shloopea‬ uploaded it on KZbin.
This is what he says about the video: Mr. Garrison and Mr. Hat give you the strangest promotion for a phone service, complete with a ridiculous Viking costume. One of my original captures with my GV-USB2, I recently got another tape with this promo on it that was a marathon from mid-May 1998, which only has linear audio. The audio for this upload is from a Hi-Fi 2nd gen copy of a rerun of 'Ike's Wee Wee', and the footage is from the commercial break of 'Cartman Gets An Anal Probe' during the aforementioned marathon. Both sources have been lovingly stitched together to create a freakish amalgamation to make the best of both worlds. Aired during many South Park episode commercial breaks throughout Spring 1998.
