As an anime fan, I think the parody is absolutely brilliant, and "Let's Fighting Love" was one of the very best performances at the South Park 25th Anniversary LIve Concert. On the other hand, as someone who spent a few months of my post-graduate training working in the ER and with the trauma service, Butters screaming in pain made my stomach queezy with flashbacks of real life little children who were crying because they had a major injuy or because they were terrified that a parent, guardian or sibling had a major injury. He just sounded to much like the real thing for me.

Detail I like in the episode is when Kyle did his attack on Prof. Chaos he took the attack. Because he already said he was immune to fire he was not going to cheat and say he was immune to ice as well. Butter is not the kid who says he as everything proof armor. It subtle but says something about the type of kid Butters is.
