1:00 Action Park... Look it up. I saw more than one person get hurt there. It didn't help that they sold alcohol to minors (the servers were minors). Six people died there, three of them in the wave pool. It was a place where teenagers ran the rides and made the rules. You could race speed boats or drive fast go karts or drive tanks that shot tennis balls. If you hit the right spot on someone else's tank it was disabled. There were so many other cool rides and attractions it was impossible to do everything in one day. It wasn't our local park but it was worth the ride. (2.5-3 hr drive depending on traffic)

10:55 this might be a reference to the events during Chernobyl disaster. 3 brave divers volunteered for a suicidal mission of opening a valve of a water tank, to prevent melted core from interacting with the water. I know that the episode was created long before HBO's Chernobyl, but since that show depicts [with more-or-less good historical accuracy] real events, it might have been the case.

The dream is dead, our land is gone; There’s a hole in my heart and I can’t go on. There are too many minorities (minorities) At my water park (my water park). I always found Cartman’s song hilarious, because the instrumentation and tone, as a heartfelt ballad, are so at odds with the horrifyingly bigoted racism of the lyrics. This juxtaposition is perfect Cartman, as it shows he’s not just trying to be shocking - he is a very committed monster who profoundly thinks his views are right!

Canada has over 2,000,000 lakes so that's where most of us go for recreational water activities. Mont Cascades, however, was a water park nearby that was popular when I was a kid. There's also the water park inside the West Edmonton Mall that I've been to.

i was working at whole foods and was cleaning the bathroom. it smelled like rancid shit in there and a guy came out of the stall and walked right out and grabbed his buggy without washing his hands. i decided to keep an eye on him, and watched him walk up to the candy bar and reach in with his bare, unwashed hand and take some candy. I’m only familiar with the reason why middle school boys won’t take off their shirts for P.E. class. It’s when they think they’ll be made fun of for being chubby or fat. Maybe they have more hair then their classmates. In my opinion, however, the all ages ‘shirt on’ option is like the one piece suit option for women. Not every woman wants to wear a bikini, but might still want to go to a water park, so can you go in even more clothes as if you’re at home just playing around, for example in shorts and a tee shirt? That seems to be the guys thinking. Again it’s just from my observations, but I see in some cultures they are more comfortable keeping their clothes on in public if they are just a regular people, not a model or highly into fitness. It’s only when I’ve been with Caucasian people at pools or beaches when the people were wearing bikinis or swim trunks.

Splashtown in Woodlands Texas was my favorite water park! Had a GIGANTIC water slide! It looked so tall from the freeway near the park! There was also Six Flags Water World next to Six Flags Astroworld. It was really fun too. It’s still so depressing that Astroworld is gone! 😢

The scientist reminds me of Dr. Ian Malcolm from Jurassic Park. And regrettably, there really is a lot of pee in public pools. The % of pee is greatly exaggerated in this episode, but... "The American Chemical Society (ACS) estimates that there are somewhere between 30 milliliters and 80 ml (1 to 3 ounces) of pee per person in a pool. And one study from 1997 estimated an amount in the middle: an average of 70 ml (2.4 ounces) of pee per person. So even if you take the upper estimate of those findings, 80 ml of pee per person, you'd still need more than 12 people in a pool to get a liter (0.3 gallons) of pee. I grew up close to Wisconsin Dells, the self-proclaimed Waterpark Capital of America. It is an absolute tourist trap. My favorite waterpark was probably the Mt. Olympus Water and Theme Park. The rides and activities are named after mythological Greek figures. There’s the Hades, which has the world’s longest underground roller coaster tunnel and the Poseidon’s Rage wave pool which produces a 10 ft tall wave every few minutes. They recently added a rotating water slide (Medusa’s Slidewheel if you want to see pictures) and they’re going to be adding a new slide. However, I have fears about the new slide as they’re saying it’s going to be “the tallest water slide in America” and I’m sure you remember how that went last time (look up the Verrückt incident, however the new ride is 23 feet lower than the Verrückt). They’re also calling it the Rise of Icarus. So, I’m morbidly excited about how that’s going to go.
