Don't know how much time you have in Georgia, but try venturing outside Atlanta metro areas. You'll find small BBQ shacks in almost every towns, they're just as good as those in Atlanta and at half the price. Just need to check beforehand when they're open. Most are just open 3-4 days a week because they need those other days to prepare the BBQ. My favorite is up north just before Toccoa.

Now that looks like great BBQ.!! I also love collard greens lisa but I like it with chunks of ham or pork. I realize the mistake of the brisket at john mull's bbq i should of asked for the fatty part of it in which I didn't and got dry brisket oh well. Great video!!!

Thanks for your videos haven't been to Georgia in a long time . I used to live there ( in Macon) 30 years ago and they had some great barbecue back then too... I remember one called White House BBQ that you did not even need any sauce it was just a dry rub and it was so delicious and melt in your mouth, I wonder if they are still around. I have been meaning to go to Jesse Rae's BBQ for a couple months now and still haven't made it over there ( too many food comps !) we did go to big B's and I really wasn't that impressed with it , so I'm hoping Jesse Rae's better... Hoping to run into you next time you're in Las Vegas, safe travels !! ❤️

When I lived in Atlanta there was only one decent place around the corner from my job Fat Matts. I Was hoping you would try Hattie Marie’s they look good. You guys should try old Hickory House I liked that restaurant when I lived there. Also check out the indoor farmer’s market on Ponce in the Dec.

Each of the Atlanta bbq places are very good in their own way. If you're talking fatty briskets, Jessie Rae's and Fox Bros are pretty close to each other.
