Going through the process of a new build with KB @ Moonstone. We get weekly updates from the construction manager, we’ve also done two pre dry wall inspections. Each week we hear what trades are coming in and we hear about what city inspections are coming up. Build quality seems decent. I’ve walked my property many times off hours and I’m taking tons of photos pre and post dry wall. Sales office is kinda wishy washy for cons.

What about Lennar The Arboretum. I think that is a good community not sure if build quality is good though.

Wow, only about a decade ago, D.R. Horton homes got the most butt of joke in poor quality and shoddy construction.
