I deal with stress with almost no appetite and, girl, you know I’m stressed right now. Excited but stressed. 😂 In thinking your new stove top is like mine inasmuch that large burner on the right you gotta half the temp based on what you want. It cooks hot. Mine will boil water in 2. It has that quick boil function that I think is what causes that. Oh Titus! You should only ever melt chocolate over a double boiler. You don’t have to stress so much that way. 😂😅

I grow a lot of thyme. If the dish has chicken in it, it has thyme in it! I use my mother-in-laws chicken pot pie recipe. That’s the recipe that got me hooked on thyme & chicken. It’s definitely pot pie weather!
