Ruby Dean Cuisines Southern Fried Chicken Wings:
- 12 small chicken wings
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt (to taste)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup House Autry breaded flour
- 1 teaspoon Kinder's The Blend salt, garlic, and pepper
- 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon
- 1 teaspoon of pepper corn
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of Kinder's all purpose
- 1 teaspoon of Kinder's buttery garlic
- 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of ground paprika
- 2 quarts of canola oil (for frying)
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) bottle of Frank's hot sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup of mustard
