This is my 3rd video featuring my 2024 Honda Gold Wing-DCT Tour named “Snowee”. In this video, I share my personal experience with Southern Honda Powersports in East Ridge, Tennessee. I attended a special event to meet Cruiseman on May 11, 2024. I ended up purchasing a new 2024 DCT Tour and traded-in my new 2022 DCT bagger.

I'm about 40 miles from the dealership and went up there a few wks., ago tire kicking. No pressure and people were straddling and starting bikes with no pressure or hassles from the dealership. It is huge! It's clean and a pleasant experience. I would also recommend Sugar's BBQ just a few miles from them for some of the best BBQ around.

I'm the process of trading in my bmw r1250rt with them and im in virginia. I hate the matte green color but im interested in the bagger. I dont need the extra space.

Maybe consider having them remove the trunk on a tour model. You can hold on to it in case you ever change your mind. This way, your bagger will have everything. They will treat you right.

You’re certainly spoiled for choice at that location. It looked like Aladdin’s cave compared to what I’ve seen around my part of the world. In eastern Ontario, Canada, few Honda dealers even have a Goldwing in stock.

Yes, they have a lot of options. I did not know Gold Wings were uncommon in Canada or that the dealership offers few.

Is that Clarksville, VA? I ride up there pretty regularly. I am very tempted to ride to Southern Honda after seeing the Cruiseman interview with Kyle, but it’s about an 8 hour ride for me. Strongly entertaining the idea of getting back on a Tour DCT.

That is the reason I still do not have a Gold Wing Tour DCT... every local dealer near me here in central Florida, would add BS charges and I refuse to deal with them... I find their greed simply unacceptable. I am buying a Gold Wing Tour DCT this year (next month) and glad I watch your video and Cruiseman's on Souther Honda Powersport business practices. I will be traveling to their dealer to buy my bike.

So I reached out to the dealership and talked about my trade and unfortunately we were not close to each other. I would be lying if I said I was not bummed It would behoove me check local and see what I can come up with. I’ve been considering purchasing either a Goldwing with DCT or a spider with the automatic shift and speaking with can-am they had given me a much better offer for a trade Realizing I am not comparing apples for apples but the list price for the Snyder was almost identical to the GW

@@GoldRyderOne like Cruiseman, I enjoy long distance deals .. having said that, my little town of 25,000 has the 3rd oldest Honda motorcycle dealer in the US (Trimble’s)! Trimble’s just celebrated 70 years in business .. great service there too

I can't go into that. Every deal is different, and it is based on many factors. I can say that my deal was better than I expected.
