U can use either friend. I’ve made the cake with all purpose flour before and with swan and either way it turned out great. I think I like the swan a little more though.

Is this a repost or update? Icing/Frosting: Is this for one cake? In the video you have 4 sticks of butter. 1 box confectioners sugar (16 oz) 1 cup finely chopped pecans 1 stick margarine (8 tbsp or 1/2 cup) 1 large cream cheese (8 oz)

When I made mine I also made a carrot cake so I needed a lot more frosting. If you follow the one I did in the video you will have a lot of frosting left over.
