Ronnie I will definitely say another prayer for you to continue to recover rapidly. I’m so grateful you’re not a quitter and that your faith is great. That back surgery I hear is no joke. You were actually one of the first people I watched when I decided to watch KZbin and it was when I was doing research about moving to the Carolinas. I was hooked at the first video I saw and I didn’t think it was bad but then again maybe that’s my personality 😂. But I always love watching you and your family making memories and will continue to follow you. Take care my friend 😊

Praying for you brother... I myself have been a chef and cook all my life and now I'm disabled... I wish I could do what I used to do but I need a hip replacement, I have have osteoarthritis around my body, degenerative disc disease in my back etc I'm thinking about making a KZbin videos. I have no clue how to do it or anything but maybe showing some cutting skills. Some whipping skills. Some things and telling my testimony of my life and intertwining it was making good food and Calvary counting and getting healthy or at least trying to... You're awesome brother... Praise God for you and your family...

Ronnie I hate to hear you've suffered all this time with the back issues. I pray this last surgery will allow you more freedom to do the things you enjoy with less pain. It can be a struggle. I'm with you on the marvels of modern medicine. I had hernia surgery last year and went home immediately after. The only thing I had to do was be careful about how much I lifted for a while. Otherwise I hardly knew I'd even had surgery. It was amazing. Every year it's been harder and harder to get out on the water and keep creating content for my channel. I've hardly posted anything the past few years due to all kinds of little surgeries and ailments. It seems I get past one thing and another hits me. Heh, I guess it's true after 50 everything starts falling apart (more like 55 really for me). I just had my 60th birthday last month and I can tell things just aren't the same as they used to be with my overall body strength and health. I still try to push on day by day and I still try to plan fishing trips from time to time, it just seems more and more often they don't pan out for one reason or another. It's all good though. I never intended to turn my youtube channel into a money making endeavor anyway. It is and always was just a way to document the things I enjoy so my children and grandchildren can see who I am/was when my time is done. Russ and I have been a few times. I even took my brother once last year, but I'm just not going to edit a video where I've only caught a couple of dinks and that's pretty much how it's gone over the past few years when I've got the chance to go. I'll still keep trying. Who knows, maybe the lord will give me a little break from the body troubles and let me do a little more fishing this year. I'd sure like to. I miss it. I've gone back and watched some of my early videos and boy oh boy are you right. So cringe! haha! Part of why I enjoy bringing someone else along with me is for the same reason you stated how it's hard to be yourself when you're talking to a camera. If you've got a buddy with you it's easier to ignore the camera and just joke and carry on with your buddy and be more relaxed. Maybe you could start including your family in your videos more often? Might help? Anyway, I sure hope things get better for you health wise so you can enjoy life more freely. I'll still be here keeping a watch from afar. All I watch is youtube or ballgames here on my PC. Haven't even turned on the TV in years except when the kids come to visit. Got sick of having ridiculous nonsense shoved down my throat by TV land so just tuned it out of my life!

Hey man. Yeah I still check your channel from time to time to see if you post anything. I hate to hear of your troubles too. I always hate bringing mine up because I know there are more ppl far worse off than me. I still try to post and I e done pretty good with my Website site so I’ve focused more on that and less on KZbin. I hadn’t been fishing in a while. No one calls anymore since my dad has passed on. I still hunt in the fall and my oldest daughter got her first deer this season. That was exciting! Thanks again man, I appreciate you buddy.

Hey Ronnie, man I know what you’re going through and it’s not easy. Always remember God has a plan and purpose for everything we go through. Maybe to teach someone or help someone, God knows everything and we just have to trust that his ways are perfect even if we don’t understand. I will be praying for you, asking God to give you comfort, healing, understanding, peace, and joy. Just take one day at a time and it will get better. Keep us updated and I’ve always enjoyed watching your videos and being able to talk with ya. Just let me know if there is anything I can do for ya. Talk at ya soon. Be Blessed
