Give you another tip. Instead of using a 3 lb weight on your trolling lures, use 3 one pound weights. Put a plastic squid rig on the weights, making a "daisy chain". Of course, spread them out by a few feet. Put your lure at the end of course. Works much better

South Florida Fishing Channel I bought a propane fish fryer from bass pro shops and it comes with a pot. Lowe’s also has one. You can fit a 3 average sized mangroves in it. Or you can buy an electric one from Walmart

Are you sure the fish at 25:00 is a schoolmaster and not a dog snapper? I noticed its got that white streak mark running vertically under its eye and I don't think schoolmasters have that mark under their eye. I could be wrong though I'm not too sure. They both look VERY similar.

Next time you have that many fish to clean, use an electric filet knife. Much better than carpal tunnel syndrome. You don't need an official one either. Just pick up an old one at a garage sale and get cuttin'.

Hey bud I been watching your videos for a while now. Ive watched all of them. And I love em. I have a boat not as nice as yours but it's a boat. Just wanted to give you some input. I'm not sure what prop you have. Seems to me like it's aluminum? Is so you might want consider getting a SS prop better fuel economy more speed and more control of the boat. Make sure you get it with the the same measurements. Buy it used at your local Marine thrift shops, Craigslist, or offerup. Just my 2 cents. To help you save money on the long run. Tight lines and keep on 🎣.
@SouthFloridaFishingChannel6 жыл бұрын
thanks for the info, i'll check em out
@albertoloyola16856 жыл бұрын
No problem bud. Just one friendly boater to another. Maybe we'll see each other on the water one day. I normally go out of Biscayne National Park. Planning on going out near you soon.
@BuckRaeder6 жыл бұрын
Fuel economy, speed and boat control isn't determined by what the prop is made of. Different pitch of your prop will control all of those.
@albertoloyola16856 жыл бұрын
Buck Raeder I'm not sure where your getting this info from but aluminum tends to flex or open up under pressure. There for causing the motor to rev up in rpms. As to SS is more solid so it doesn't tend to flex or open up as much. My boat for example weighs 2000lbs dry. 19 ft by 8.6 ft Donzi. I bought with a 150hp Evinrude. It came with a aluminum prop. My boat topped out at 28mph on good day. With the aluminum prop. When I turned on high speeds the prop would start to cavitate. Also my gph was 7-9 When I changed it to My TURNING POINT SS PROP I gained 12 mph 40mph in total. No more cavitating on turns. And at the same speed of 28-30 I was doing 4-5 gph.
@albertoloyola16856 жыл бұрын
Buck Raeder Ask any pro if a aluminum prop will ever out perform a SS prop.
