This is a delicious chili, I just made your crab cakes (with salmon… they were WONDERFUL) … and then I made this with leftover shredded rotisserie chicken. This was so tasty…we topped it with shredded cheddar, sour cream, pickled peppers, and quest chips. So good. Another one added to the weekly rotation. These easy family friendly keto recipes are bomb… good job 😊

Made this last night. The whole family loved it. I especially liked the trick with the blender...worked perfectly. We live in El Paso so the bar is set high but this recipe totally killed it. Bought your cook book so looking forward to other recipes.
