It's a loser case that'll last maybe an hour at the most. He'll probably have to field a phone call or two from this idiot who, of course, will want the lawyer to present a sovcit defense. At the next hearing in August, Captain Firewater will say that he doesn't want the lawyer anymore and the judge will let the lawyer off the case. If the lawyer approaches this in the right spirit - that it's a surefire loser good for only laughs - then he can have some fun stories to tell his grandkids about the time he met a man that had clearly been lobotomized.

In the last year or so, there was one SovCit who declared, at his sentencing hearing, that the court STILL had no jurisdiction. At the end of the hearing, the Judge informed him of his right to appeal. The SovCit stated that the appellate court also had no jurisdiction over him. If that means he is not going to appeal, Great!
