This guy and his girlfriend also went into a cookie store, weren't wearing masks and got told to leave, claimed that they couldn't trespass in a public service store, then assaulted the woman who was telling them to leave. He live streamed the whole thing then showed it to police, they both got arrested for assault. Hopefully they end up in jail for a while so they stop wasting people's time

Failure to have the VIN visible is a Federal violation. Most states will issue a ticket for failing to display the license plates also. He was lucky he didn't get caught by the Missouri State Patrol who instantly arrest the operator and tow the vehicle.

Would love to see a state pass a law that when convicted of harassing state employees for the sole purpose of making videos to post online, that all revenue (ads, subs, donations, etc) becomes the property of the county and municipality that charged him/her since it was proceeds from criminal activity. Give the prosecutors reason to take the case to court instead of dropping the charges while taking away one of the main reasons why these fools act this way.

It seems to me that most states really don't care about protecting the public. They let wreckless drivers on the road with a warning. They let uninsured drivers continue to drive and risk other drivers safety and property. I'm glad I live in Massachusetts. They would never let an uninsured driver continue to drive. That would make them liable to any damage or injury caused by an uninsured driver after they let them go. I'm amazed that these municipalities are willing to risk a lawsuit by letting these things go.

I have come up with a test. Ask, what does P on the shifter mean. Then ask what R means and then ask what D means. There is no T for travel. No plate displayed, off to jail, no insurance, off to jail. Car should be immediately impounded and not released until license, tag and insurance are shown to impound lot. I also suggest every police officer carry a large cup of water to “accidentally drop their phone in”. It wouldn’t do for me to be a police officer.
