Washington State is probably just as bad, or close to just as bad, for having a revolving door at the jail as Wisconsin. Not matter the crime, just book them and released them on a personal or signature. 😂😂😂 😂 I never understand high personal bonds. The courts will never see that Money. You might as well give a kazillion dollar bond. It doesn’t mean anything

100% correct. She can’t control her courtroom and continues to let him make a mockery of the court. He should have been jailed for contempt. “Prove your jurisdiction” - “okay sure, bailiff please arrest him”

The judge lost control. She was way too “nice” and let him run the show. He was disrespectful, disruptive, and rude. He needed to be slapped with Contempt and shut down. So frustrating!!!

I'm usually in favor of judges being cautious with contempt charges, but this was WAY over the line. He controlled the pace of the proceedings.

Washington state deserves this. Judge had no control of her courtroom to the point the defendant walks out before the hearing was concluded. And she let him do it! Imagine what would happen if a defendant referred to Judge Simpson as Cedric. 😂

The clerk filling in for Judge Grant gave him power over the court. The prosecutor tried to add some order to the court, but that's not her job. Where was the judge? Why was that pathetic clerk filling in for her??

The first fail by the judge was not forcing him to come to the defense table or find him in contempt if he refused. She, like some other judges we have seen tend to talk tough then cave.

@@LadyDragonborn Yes. Seeing as how long the SovCit stuff has been going on, you would think that one of the Sovs would have appealed all the way up to the Supreme Court so we can finally have a directive to ALL courts to stop allowing any SovCit defense.

Judges need to put obstructionist defendants into contempt custody or failure to appear. These SovCit's make a mockery of the courts. And prosecutors need to insist the judge keep control of the court.

SovCits basically exploit the loophole where they act like idiots and the courts have to treat them like one in order to be fair to actual people with mental disorders. It's maddening but if you had an Autistic child that somehow thought like a SovCit you would be hella mad if ook them into custody. IMO opinion it points to some change in the laws whereby if you act like this in court but then are found competent upon sentencing the penalties should double or triple.

I suspect he will eventually end up in jail, so contempt is assured sooner or later. And as he sits in jail, he will be under the jurisdiction of the court. We can only hope he will be under that jurisdiction for along time.
