When I listen to Drake now, it sounds like he’s making music as a hobby instead of a career. Its not hunger that drives him but the pleasure he gets from simply making music, which makes sense for someone in that stage of their life. I still enjoy the music.

The Funny this here is the Drake was like "Was this interview planned? Who is this?" as a joke, and quite frankly this is going into my vault as one of the best breakfast club interviews... like a pure interview, she dropped gems that I knew nothing about when it comes to HipHop fashion, you can tell she's truly a student of the culture etc. this was a great interview to be honest.

I think she meant it more in the sense that Drake was different - pointing out his different family heritage which Drake didn't shy away from in his early albums, it made him stand out from the crowd. Now look at him claiming to be a gangsta when he can't even come through in a battle with Murda Mook

People are WAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY too invested in celebrities, we really think we know these people enough to speak on who they are or who they should be. Listen nothing was the same is thee best album of all time period… and I even got nothing was the same tattooed on me… point being young drake and older drake are two different people. Yeah his new album might not be a classic but look at kanye west… his first 5 albums were 😮shocking they were so good… college drop out / late registration/ graduation/ 808 heartbreak/ beautiful dark and twisted… point being even he can’t capture that now and those albums beat anything anyone has ever done in rap period.. those 5 albums are better then two jay z albums combined and Tupac and literally anything anyone has ever written .. especially dark and twisted is basically like thriller and it’s thee only album that I can look back and say this man made a perfect album front to back.. nothing was the same to me was drakes dark and twisted … so far gone / take care / nothing was the same / if you reading this it’s to late … basically what I’m saying is that instead of focusing on how drake can’t do it anymore just be happy with the music he gave us.. views / scorpion etc… drake is the goat 🐐 her loss is one of his greatest achievements and I would put that up there with take care .. too many hits … he will come back and do what he does best.. take some time off and he will get back to it .. ❤
