This was AMAZING! I spent an hour looking for udon stir fry recipes because I was looking for a specific taste, and this recipe absolutely nailed it. I didn't have pork so I substituted for chicken thighs and it turned out so freaking good. I'm so full but I want more D:

@@bobcolartez4025 Sliced the thighs into strip sized pieces, cooked the shallot/green onion/garlic first, emptied those out into a separate plate once they were browned, added a little bit more oil and threw the chicken in the pan and cooked for about 10 minutes/until I cut through and saw it was fully cooked. Added everything back in and proceeded with the steps as mentioned in the video. :)

Best stir fry i've made. Substituted with Chicken breast. The "fresh" udon's quality is much better and yummier than instant noodles, and the oyster sauce gives this unique and delicious umami/salty

I followed the recipe except I didn’t have Thai chilis or shallots. I was also too lazy to cut cabbage so I used a bag of pre-shedded cabbage. It came out soooo amazingly delicious! The taste is just what I was looking for! My BF and I finished the entire thing in one meal. No regrets! It’s super yummy. Also I agree with you.. Korean udon noodles is the way to go.
