Space Marine review in 2023 - do you need to be entrenched in Warhammer 40K to enjoy Space Marine?

It's such a fun game! So bloody good! I didn't feel you needed to know warhammer before jumping in! I feel the story is there as background just so you can murder anything in your way! So excited for the sequel!

What I did was play this whilst watching a bunch of 40K lore videos to help me get into everything XD

I don't think you need to be deeply soaked in the lore to play this. It's reasonably intuitive story wise. Situation: Bad Filthy xenos: Many Chainsword go: BRRRRRRRRR 😁
