Its very important to have a knack for business as there are many designers but they don't understand how important it is to run that add and also evaluate and manage quality of work that you are expecting where do u wanna end up what kind of people you would wanna be working with it goes on and on.... I am an MBA first then a designer.

Among the biggest skeletons shoved under the carpet is the unprofessional practice many professionals take to. What needs to change is the kind of amount many Professionals suck out of vendors. Have seen n number of sites, met vendors - the kind of karma such professionals get behind the back is unbelievable. Poor vendors cant speak as they always have the lure to atleast earn honourable income in the next possible reference by professionals and the circle never ends.
