For what I understand they want to try again to catch the booster to keep making it safer, on top of that they are gonna try different maneuvers with the starship in space, maneuvers that in the future are gonna make Starship able to remain orbital, that ahead of trips to the moon and Mars and refill fuel for those trips

Objectives include the booster once again returning to the launch site for catch, reigniting a ship Raptor engine while in space, and testing a suite of heatshield experiments and maneuvering changes for ship reentry and descent over the Indian Ocean.
