Note: the booster will only have 13 engines then transitions into 3 on the landing burn

You're absolutely right. I did not change the engine mode, because in Kerbal you can throttle the engines down to even 1% thrust. With a real rocket, that would not be possible, and you have to turn off the engines so as not to have too much thrust. It's not exactly like the real booster and obviously not as spectacular but saves you fuel as you can start the engines later and with more thrust. 😁
