nice home, like that they included linen closets for each bathroom. how much if i dont like the carpets in the bedrooms? what is the price difference? do all the appliances come with the home? Who is the builder?

Hi Maria. They do add many things others do not. They do not allow customization so if you wanted the floors done in the bedrooms it would have to be after closing. Yes appliances do come with the home minus washer and dryer. It is a private builder Aldana. 😊

Hi Maria. I can see if the builder has them. I try to add them when I have them but the builder do not always provide the dimensions. If they do it might be The kitchen and living room. I like to know bedroom sizes. 😫

IF they are building them why not have the home owner ask for showers instead of tubs, just saying, I think i'd want my rooms 17x15x 9ft ceilings they are the perfect size! Put wood shelfs in the closets and done! Everything on one floor is the best houses! Especially if your are getting older! I like the colors and the fans in the rooms! I'd like to see a pocket glass shower door on that one! :) If there's no HOA, I put a fence up and a 40ft container lined pool in the ground with a nice wooden deck around it. :) I'd also put a little bunker that's either in the garage, or underneath the kitchen for extra storage for food/safe room! Definitely love those house though! Great video! For sure!

Hello. So this builder doesn't do custom homes they are a spec builder which means they get permitting on the floor plan and order all the supplies to build based off how many homes they plan on building that month. They do not offer customization. Yes no HOA is a major plus! You can do so much to this lot. I myself could envision a nice long pool and a little BBQ area underneath a nice pergula. There are endless things that can be done here for sure! Thank you so much for watching and for your feedback. I will take this into consideration with my future videos 😊

price is great. i only wished the builder had used recessed lighting instead of the old fixtures that makes the property look older and the showers need a niche. simple stuff but makes a huge difference
