The spaghetti that took 60 days to make! (or rather, that's how long my Italian chillies took to grow from seed and ripen). It was well worth the wait. I hope you enjoy the video as much as I enjoyed the making and the eating.
家のプランターでつくった唐辛子でスパゲッティアーリオ オーリオ エ ペペロンチーノ。種類はイタリア産の Capsicum annuum、辛さはハラペニョレベルかな。イメージ的に鷹の爪など乾燥唐辛子で作られますがイタリア南部にあるカラブリア州では生の唐辛子で作るのが主流だそうです。このパスタのポイントは:ニンニクを茶色くカリカリなるまで炒めるのではなく香りを出す程度で白いまま、生パセリ+ニンニク+赤唐辛子でイタリア共和国の国旗「トリコローレ」を思い出させる。ぜひ挑戦してみて下さい。
