In Texas, Pecos is pronounced “Pay-cuss”. We have a Pecos city, county, canyon, and 926 mile long river, from which everything else gets its name. It was once believed that “West of the Pecos” was very lawless, dangerous territory, the Wild West.

Great appreciateion. Tbh I wish they would go for a "Shawscope" style box set for these Westerns. Might as well box up 8 or 10 or 12 movies like this, they go down like candy.

Maybe the sequel will be in Vengeance Trails 2 box set. I hope Arrow puts out a LE set of The Great Silence. One of the best westerns ever made. Great review btw👍
