Yummy Lidia, my Sicilian Stepdad Mario, his mom would make this with the toasted breadcrumbs and fresh parmigiana lol and the noodles with the peas with breadcrumbs ..I always loved when she invited us to dinner because the food was made much different than my Spanish would make food. My 86year old mom and husband just watched this and we are making it tomorrow for Sundays dinner thanks to you and your team! Yummy!! By the way, my husband wants to know what type of pots and pans are those that you cook from because they cook the food very well without burning so much..do you sell these or can you tell us the brand and kind please..thank you for all you do! KellyB, Maria, and Tom 😋

One of my mother in laws favorite dishes but I'm not a fan of the spike hair like fibers. Is there a way around that?
@Mainecoonlady.Ай бұрын
@@kimgeorge3944 Try cooking them long and low, before going into the pasta. Because they are so tiny and delicate, they tend to melt into the sauce but the flavor doesn’t dissolve.
