Hello Mr Spa Guy! It’s been awhile since I have watched any of your videos! Trying to get caught up! You are absolutely the best when it comes to Elvis history! Just Love what you do! Elvis original fan base are now in their late 70s onward! I am 67 and one thing I can say, when my time is up, every time someone who knows me, will remember me when an Elvis song is played on the radio. Every time an Elvis movie or magazine comes out. Still getting calls from old Air Force friends wanting to know what I thought of Baz Lurhman movie on Elvis. Please keep going. I Absolutely Love what you do!

Thanks for the cemetery tour. I meant to visit here on my trip to Memphis but ran out of time. For those interested, the cemetery also has several other notable musicians including Charlie Rich (fellow Sun Records artist), Bob Welch (Fleetwood Mac), Bill Justis (“Raunchy”), Jimmy Griffin (Bread), and Ronnie Caldwell. Caldwell was a member of the Bar-Kays who died in the same plane crash that claimed Otis Redding. If you do a follow-up video someday, I would love to see their final resting places.

Hi Spa Guy, I have to say I'm a little surprised that there is nothing written down to list the achievements of Sam Phillips at his last resting place, I wonder if that was a decision made by his family, or that generally speaking achievements just are not listed informing the general public? A very informed report well put together Thank you again Take Care.

Spa Guy. Back when George K was on SiriusXM. He once said that after Elvis passed, he was outside talking to one of the maids (possibly Nancy Rooks told him something very important that happened to Elvis. He said he immediately wrote it down. Went home and locked it in his safe. He added he will never reveal what was said until he himself passes. Was wondering if you have any info on what it was. Now that the Geeker has passed. As always Thank you for your knowledge and great videos!!

Off the subject, but do you know why Red was not in the other, newer, videos of the Memphis Mafia. They only have Sonny, Marty, Billy, Lamar, Joe and Larry (recorded separately from them) Thanks in advance if you or anyone knows the answer?
@ccat1484 ай бұрын
Thanks for what you do. It is life, but it's sad all of them being there. Those associated with him from the beginning to the very end. From Phillips to even the ambulance driver. Ironic. But, I can assume it is the largest cemetery there? Do you know the acreage? Maybe it was the overcast weather that day. Sad about the driver of the hearse. I wonder, when time appropriate, if any of his family members recall his story.

Why are there no headstones?
@mjanovec4 ай бұрын
There are headstones. They are just flush with the ground. It is so much easier to keep the grass mowed when there aren’t thousands of stones to drive around. Many cemeteries prefer flush headstones for this reason.
