I LOVE these stories, they enlighten us to Elvis "the man" . It is so wonderful that Dean has those memories of just hanging out with Elvis upstairs eating breakfast, talking about racquetball and sharing the Bible. His stories also reveal that Dr. Nick was very concerned about Elvis recovering between shows like an athlete and that Dr. Nick was looking out for him. (I hope this squashes the rumors that the people around Elvis were looking out for their own best interest and not his like the second hand account books or tabloids eluded.) The people close to Elvis, loved and cared for him and Elvis loved them and his fans too. Great job Billy, Ashley, Trey, Dean and Jean. I hope we get more great interviews from Dean. Elvis was a grown man and did want he wanted to do. People tried giving him advice but, he didn't listen. I wish people would stop blaming everyone except Elvis.

I recently started watching your videos . I started with the 911 Ambulance 40 years later and kept watching every video that popped up in the recommendations. I wasn't into Elvis but every since I kept watching your videos and got to know him and I learned that him and I are kind of alike and it just made me liked him a whole lot more. Graceland is definitely on list to visit whenever I go to Memphis. Love the videos ! Keep it up .

Dean & friends are the real deal. They talk so sincerely about their adventures with Elvis. Great they tell only the positive side as that is who Elvis was. He was a talented loving sincere giving guy. Sure Elvis loved ladies but he was the only child ,no sisters,no brother, & think that just made him extra wanting the closeness of ladies/ men friends. And the 50's 60's 70's were very crazy times. A person had to live that area because it truly was sex drugs & rock & roll. Non stop in a lot of the culture back then. So happy to hear Elvis would bring up the Bible to ya Dean. Elvis found the real Truth in that book. Mind you the Good Book warns about not dabbling in the light to heavy forms of the occult. Deuteronomy 18:10-12 as ya say Elvis was into numerology ...know he also was into astrology. He had a world famous astrologer in the later 1960's ( author on astrology ) visit Graceland. But hey "to err is human" Not trying to put Elvis down in any way. Infact I give out a booklet cartoon gospel tract to literally 1000s & 1000s over the years. While I'm having my am coffee I write in the tract Elvis website & 2 youtube vids ,1 of his Hawaii 1973 concert & also his 1977 songs. Elvis looks very good in the pics of his vacation in Hawaii 1977. Playing football & the like. Great your dad tried to get Elvis to rest between concert dates. Sadly Elvis did not take his advice. 14 concerts in 14 cities in 14 days is crazy. But Elvis loved singing so much it was not a job but fun for him. Nevertheless the mind. & body needs time to re-energize. Elvis in the 50's did the same...for example he was in eastern Wa. St. Spokane ...next day Vancouver BC ( my stomping grounds ) then Seattle day after...then Portland ...something like that no superstar entertainer would ever do that today or back then. As there are endless Elvis stories some known but so many untold. Heard Elvis went to Memphis wrestling matches with George Klein. Elvis even dated a lady wrestler 5x. Last date a week before he went over seas in the army stint. Great Elvis was inquiring about you Dean daily. Showed he cared. Elvis saw yous like family. Maybe even saw your mom & dad as his parent figures. God bless you all & Billy for bring us fans more of Elvis's life & every Elvis fan out there. ( think prisons should play Elvis songs & movies ...bet when the inmates get out they would be more positive & hopeful. At least when I watch & listen to Elvis on youtube/DVDs /CDs it always lifts my spirit & makes me happy. Elvis was a fun loving guy & he wanted others to be happy.

That's so touching that after each show Elvis asked dr. Nick to tell him that he put on a good show...even on the top of his carreer he still wanted confirmation. I read that the Colonel was not very complementing towards Elvis' and he needed that. And Trey fixing the tv at dr Nick and Aloha was on? What are the odds of that? Trey you came there and right away met Dean and later his parents and then Billy, it just had to be. You all have this connection together and Elvis is a big part of that. Amazing ❤

I think my favorite part was how you finished the segment around a dining table. Imagine having informal conversations over a meal, eating some of Elvis's favorite dishes and sharing more stories about Elvis in that way. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. PS...
