I have 2 Spalding TF 1000 Euroleague ball which I bought from the same shop (Decathlon). One of them bounces great and one of them doesn't bounce. I put same amount of air but they have huge differance. They both manufactured in Vietnam. All I can say is make sure to test the bounce before buying.

Does the basketball on the needle side write CLARINO?

Some quick info i may add for your viewers. The ball you are presenting is the "OLD" 2020 model with part number 84-004Z1. The new 2022 Model has a different part number 77-100Z1 and the main visual difference is the TF-1000 Legacy Logo which follows the design of other 2022 models (Spalding Changed all of it's Models this year) like Standard TF-1000 Legacy and TF-1000 Precision with a Diamond shaped TF Sing.

Is there any other diferences between 84-004Z1and 77-100Z1, apart from the visual diference? Ευχαριστω

Spalding on the old Model had a collab with Clarino a Synthetic leather manufacturer and was indicated visually on the product. On newer model this is not the case anymore, so I presume tha the product is not using Clarino leather. You can tell difference...

Spalding really need to start coming up with other names other than TF-1000 Legacy. I mean I own 2 and they’re both completely different in look and feel. One has much softer composite leather and deeper channels and is made in Vietnam labeled “Offical NBL game ball” , the other is made in China and is just FIBA approved for up to 2019 and is harder in feel and with shallow channels. Then look at this one. Even the panels are much different in design and probably feel. Different design, and probably much different in quality again

Yeah I agreed with you. I do have multiple Legacy and as for now they all feel differently from each others. So hopefully it will get nicer.

The reason it doesn't bounce the way that other ball could be the less air it has. Just a thought. I recently bought this ball and I couldn't find the time to bounce it in a gym. I'll let you know. Thanks for the review.
@EverythingBasketballs2 жыл бұрын
It wasn’t the air. I have digital air pump in my gym bag at all time and all the balls I used at the gym are inflated to 8psi. I think it has to do with the material of this ball. Hopefully the bounce won’t be a problem anymore when it’s fully broken in.

Hi mate! Thanks for your comprehensive reviews. What if I use this ball outdoors?
@EverythingBasketballs Жыл бұрын
You can use it outdoor but I won’t recommend it. First of all it’s too expensive for use and secondly it won’t last long outdoor because the materials used on the ball is mainly for indoor.

I realised you have mentioned it in the comments, but I am wondering when you will be doing a full review on the latest TF-1000 Legacy? Maybe for now, what is your quick comment about this ball, good or bad? Also how long does it take you to fully break in this ball? TIA!

Not anytime soon because I still have other leather balls that need to be broken and leather ball take a lot of time.

Mate, do you review a fake basketball ball? I think on the needle side should write CLARINO.
@EverythingBasketballs2 жыл бұрын
the newest model of tf-1000 legacy doesn't have Clarino stamp on it. i have both the Euroleague and the regular TF1000 Legacy (i got directly from Spalding) and both doesn't have Clarino stamp, maybe Spalding stopped using Clarino leather for their basketballs. However, my old tf1000 legacy does have Clarino on it.
@MaoGiannis2 жыл бұрын
@@EverythingBasketballs If you go to the official Euroleague shop today the ball does have the CLARINO stamp. But I am curious, how the second best basketball league is ising according to your review an inconsistent not reliable and responsive ball. I have the Euroleague TF-1000 (not in use now since its worn off so much) and if I remember well I did not have any issue with the ball. Maybe the trick its to find the optimum air pressure that makes the ball to your liking. Anyway, its great to have so many basketball ball in the market to satisfy everyone's needs and wants. Keep posting videos, and inform the world from your side of view.

@@MaoGiannis their official shop lead to Amazon page somewhere in Europe. In that Amazon store, the pictures might not be updated. Go check out Euroleague IG page and look for pictures from this year final four tournament, you can spot the ball’ stamping in some of the pictures. If you really want to find out that the ball I got is fake or not, you buy the newest model ball and let me know, I want to find out too. I like my old tf-1000 legacy it is a very nice ball and I still have it. But compared this ball to my well broken tf1000 legacy, this ball doesn’t cut it. Let just hope it will turn out nicely as it’s aging. Only time can tell.
