Smoked Spam Fries
1 can of spam(less sodium)
1 favorite bbq rub
1 favorite bbq sauce
Remove spam from container and place on cutting board and cut into strips about 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick fries.
Coat each piece with favorite bbq rub.
Place on smoker at 250 for 1 ½ hours
After 1 hour baste it with you favorite bbq sauce every 15 mins until desired color and texture.
